We LOVE vacationing! My Grandparents on the Wallin side have a time share and give us a week of points to use! Which is awesome because then we don't pay for lodging and we cook right in our room which saves money from eating out all the time! A big reason we are able to take a week's vacation every year! We try to change things up on where we go to try different places out and this year we went to Indio, California! It was very HOT!
We left Sunday June 7th and got home the 14th!
Just got loaded in the car and about to make the long drive!
We finally arrived! The kids did really well! The last hour we were pushing their patience but we made it and the were so excited to get out of the car and stay in a "hotel"!

Went walking around the resort and found a fun playground to let the kids play and stretch their legs!
They thought the fake car and motorcycle were pretty cool!

We had a pretty cute load we brought with us from home! Sadly we still had a little left in the car!
Taking a little nap while we ate dinner! Uncle Isaac's blanket was so comfy!
So we had two rooms, each room looked the exact same! My parents and brother Isaac slept in one room and Sam's family and our family slept in the other room! They were only a couple doors away from each other so the kids were back and forth all the time! They had a master bed and bath with a king bed with another queen bed and bathroom and a pull down Murphy bed! The kids slept on the Murphy bed and thought that bed was so cool because it folded up into the wall!
