Grandpa Ence's Funeral

Grandpa Ence, McKay's grandpa, passed away in August surrounded by family! He was an amazing man! I am so grateful I was able to know him and I am so grateful for the amazing family he raised! I loved visiting with him he was just the sweetest man! As a family we loved going to his house every Christmas Eve and enjoying the evening with him and the other family who came! We loved going to the cabin and the Ence family reunion! He made it to all that he could until things got a little tougher, blessings and baptisms and weddings! So happy to know he is back with his wife, daughter and other loved ones!

Splash Pad - August

We headed to the splash pad with cousins and the kids had a blast!

From all the rain we have been getting the new park had a huge pool! The kids ran around in that for a while!

August Flooding

The first day of August we had Grayson's baby blessing and we did the luncheon at the football pavilion, towards the end it started to sprinkle so we started cleaning up, most everyone had left but about 3 of us and it started to pour! We thought it might let up so we could run to our cars but it wasn't so we finally just b lined it to the car, we got soaked! I hurry and headed home because with the flooding we have had lately I wasn't sure if I would be able to get there if I waited to much longer!

Made it home, the rain came down for about another 40 minutes, once it started to clear up we headed outside to see what was going on!

Jones House

We moved in on July 1st! We still have lots of projects but so happy to be in! We have blinds, things got cleaned really good and we couldn't be more grateful!

We still need to stain the mantle!
