We left Wednesday June 2nd to head to Iowa for Brett and Marisa's wedding! The kids were excited to see cousins and see new places! We didn't made it far before Miles fell asleep!
Ready for a long drive!
We stopped in Richfield for lunch at the park!
We made it to Denver, got a hotel room, ordered some pizza, went and got drinks from the gas station across the street!
In the morning the next day I woke up to Carter sitting on the cooling unit under the blinds so he could have light to read and not wake up everyone else!
We hit the road 2 different times, once for lunch and car stretches and then the second time for a potty break and car stretches! We arrived just in time at Brett and Marisa's to eat and socialize with everyone!
Miles quickly warmed up to Kayden!
My kids didn't miss a beat jumping into the water!
The kids loved being there playing with cousins and the warm weather!
We went back to the hotel that night!
Day 3
The next day a bunch of the girls went and got their nails done while the men went to brunch and went paintballing! Yes they even got Grandpa Jones to play!
Grandma Jones and I stayed back with the kids and let them swim and hang out with each other!
When the girls got back from doing nails we ordered some pizza and ate it down in the lobby of the hotel! Then we headed over to Brett and Marisa's that night for dinner!
