My Dad planned this little trip for my Mom! He felt bad for screwing up her summer with all his surgeries and ankle issues and felt the worst about making her miss the family vacation this year! He also knew there was nothing he could do to fix that so he did as much as he could and I think it helped more than he will know!
Anyway my Mom loves Barbra Streisand, always has! She was having a show in Vegas so my Dad got her tickets to go with her girls! Since he couldn't!
He invited the families to come down because he knew my Mom would want the grand kids with her! So while the girls headed to dinner and the concert the boys stayed at the hotel and ate pizza and went swimming!
We caught them swimming before we headed out! The kids were in heaven!
Bay kept wanting to jump in!

Carter was in his own world diving for toys and exploring the new pool!

We had a blast and happy we were able to have a girls night! We laughed till our bellies hurt!
Our hotel was pretty close to the airport and Owen loved seeing all the planes coming in for a landing out our hotel window! He was fascinated!
On our way home Sunday morning we headed to the Las Vegas Temple and walked around!

As we walked past this palm tree Carter said, "That's a funny looking pine cone and it's huge!"
