Haha today is my dad' s birthday! You will not believe how old he is today... 50!!! Holy Cow! He is the big FIVE ZERO!

.:How We Came to Be:.

My family moved to Enterprise in August of 2000! My dad worked in the high school and helped coach football and basketball, two of McKays favorite sports! My dad and McKay developed a strong player to coach relationship. Well Isaac was at the age where he still needed to be taken care of but in our family it was hard to find someone to look after him cause we all were involved in something. So my dad would take him to all practices and games and Isaac soon looked up to McKay and thought the world of him; always giving McKay Christmas presents! I am sure you are all wondering how this ties into McKay and I finally hitting it off, well it ties in promise!
I started my 8th grade year in Enterprise and soon became great friends with Kelli, McKays younger sister. So we had the ties to each other but honestly never payed each other the time of day! I knew him as my dads player or Isaac's favortie person and he knew me as the coaches daughter or Kelli's friend!
Well McKay graduated and went to play football in Virginia for a semester then went on to serve a full-time mission! Well when he came back he was interested in playing some ball again, he knew my dad played in college and decided to go into his office to ask my dad if he could get him any "ins" with some colleges or coaches. As they continued to talk my dad asked if the girls were all over him being a returned missionary and all. McKay said no but if you have any girls you want to hook me up with you sure can! Well my dad said I wouldn't mind a nice young man like yourself dating my daughter. McKay said really?!... and well it's history from their!
