~FLORIDA~

So we were lucky enough to be able to take a week vacation to Florida! We also were lucky to have great family that lives out there to stay with (Love You Amberson's)! We headed out on Tuesday the 19th and got home Wednesday the 27th! When the plane landed it was raining like crazy! It was like that for three days straight! So we did a lot of catching up, Jeopardy, playing with Kennedy and Kaitlyn and watching movies!

When we were to able to get outside we first headed to the Riverwalk and the Jacksonville Landing! Their is a blue bridge there and we were able to see it stop traffic and raise up the middle of the bridge to let a boat under which was pretty cool! Over at the Jacksonville Landing was a Jazz concert and a mini shopping center! The Riverwalk and the Jacksonville Landing are across the river from each other which is one of the only rivers that runs north!

The next day we were able to head to Jacksonville Beach, we didn't plan on swimming just walking around, the clouds were not promising! As we walked along the beach McKay spotted some squishy things on the beach and started throwing them at me, well the next thing we know was the lifeguard tuck drove by saying at your own risk enter the water jellyfish are watching up on shore! Good thing the ones he picked up were dead!!! The rain started so we drove along the houses that lined the coast in a place called Ponte Verda, the Beverly Hills of Jacksonville then we headed back home and when we got home we went swimming in their community pool which was a quite a neat pool!

We were also lucky enough to be able to go to the hospital with Beth and Matt when they were finding out the sex of their baby! We are so very excited for you two! We can't wait to meet him!!! Third times a charm!
On Monday we headed to St. Augustine, one of the oldest cities in the U.S., to go to the beach of coarse! We went to the St. Augustine beach which is actually on an island just off Florida called Anastasia! We went with a couple of Matt's co-workers and they were a lot of fun to hang out with! The east coast is definitely different from the west! Their were crabs running up on shore when the tide came up and when it went down we didn't see them anymore! Just little crabs! It was fun to see the kids run away from them or catch them! McKay was in that mix of kids catching them plus seashells!Their were many! At the beach their was a guy who built him a hole built a little sandcastle around it then laid in it and slept! It was the funniest thing ever! We spent a good five hours their and I got plenty of sun!!! It was a gorgeous day!
Tuesday we did a little shopping and just enjoyed our last few hours with them before we left on Wednesday!Matt, Beth, Kennedy, Kaitlyn and Baby Boy thank you so much for sharing your house, car and time! We had a blast and are already talking about doing it again! We appreciate everything you did for us! The food was amazing Beth! You fed us well! Girls you were so much fun thanks for letting us play with you and sharing your bathroom! You are so cute and we can't quit bragging about you back here in Utah! Love You all! Thanks A Million for a great trip!!!More Pictures Below
