Well for the 4th we stuck around Enterprise for the first half of the day and headed over to the races at the stake center to let Carter participate for the first time!

Avery and Quinny! They came back from Iowa with Gma and Gpa Jones! So happy they are here to play for a while!

He does pretty good racing back and forth to McKay and I! But when they said GO he took 2 steps forward and then backed up into McKay and watched everyone else run to the finish line! So McKay basically had to walk him down to the finish line! But hey he got a laffy taffy at the end!

After the races we went with my family to Brian Head to watch fireworks and eat dinner! We got there, got all set up and sat there for about an hour when a couple guys finally came up and said they cancelled them due to the fires this year so we packed back up and drove into Parowan to eat our dinner! Some good ole KFC!

When we got home we bought Carter some of those Pop It's! The ones you throw on the ground and they make a loud bang!

Carter loves them if ya can't tell! So we were a little sad we missed out on fireworks but all in all we had a great day! Hope everyone else did to!
