So we decided to go a different route this year for Thanksgiving! We ended up loving it and having so so so much fun! Plus all the family was together which was awesome!
What ended up happening was my Wallin Grandparents have a time share through Worldmark Wyndam and they have to use so many points in a year or they lose them! Well they have had so many points lately they haven't been able to use them so they have been giving us a week during the year to choose a location and take a vacation with our family! Which has been so nice of them and we love it! Plus it really helps not having to pay for a place to stay!
This year they told us a little late in the year and we didn't know when we would do it with basketball starting so we thought why not do it over Thanksgiving break! We needed a location close to St. George and with Adam and Felicia just having a baby a month ago, she didn't want to travel far! So we decided on Las Vegas!
Poor Isaac woke up Wednesday morning with the flu and he didn't get feeling better till Thursday morning so he didn't eat much Thanksgiving day which is a big bunmer! Sam and Scott headed down Wednesday from Blanding and arrived around 6ish that night and my parents and my family headed down from Enterprise and arrived around 5ish! We got two rooms to fit everybody! Sam, Scott, Grandma, Grandpa and Isaac in one and Felicia and kids and McKay and I in the other! Felicia didn't get there till Thursday morning around 10ish!
First night we just ordered some pizza and talked and enjoyed each other company!

Aunt Sam got Carter all wound up so we had to watch a movie to settle down! It was already late but what is vacationing all about? Staying up late and having fun!
Next morning was THANKSGIVING Day! We brought all the things we needed to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! That is one thing my Mom wouldn't leave out, some people might have tried to talk her into a buffet, she wasn't having any of that!

We had to steal the dining room table from our other room and bring a patio table in to fit us all but it was sure fun being able to all be together!

Thursday night half of us went to the second Hunger Games movie while the other half tended the kids!

Each room had a king room with a bathroom, a second room with 2 twins, a family room with a queen wall bed you could pull down at night, a dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and a nice patio with a grill so we really had lots of space and beds for everyone! It was so awesome! But that is one thing we love about these time shares is the big living spaces we get while we stay!
