Camping in Baker

Day 1

The middle of June we decided to take a little camping trip to Baker!

We packed up our canoe, grandma's trailer and hit the road!

After dinner and some playing we headed to bed for the night! Camille and Owen slept in the tent with McKay and I while Carter and Baylee slept in the trailer with Grandma!

Day 2

Good Morning! Besides the skunk wandering around our campsite last night it was a great night!

These 2 slept great!

The nats and mosquitoes were crazy! They were all over and biting everyone! So... 

After breakfast we headed on a walk down to the dam to do a little exploring and to see the overflow and get away from the bugs!

We headed back to camp and the owner of Holmstead Ranch stopped us and asked if we wanted to come see their little petting zoo! So we headed up there for something fun for the kids!

After canoeing we headed back to camp for some dinner! We had spent all afternoon down by the water!

After some delicious tin foil dinners we roasted some marshmallows and made smore's!

Day 3

We were dirty and sick of the bugs so we ate some breakfast, packed up and headed home!

Camille was ready for a bath!
