Early one morning the Joneses headed out past Modena and found a nice spot by the railroad to catch a train pass by! We got out there and found a spot that wasn't to muddy from the rain the night before and headed down to the tracks and let the kids each place a penny along the rail!

After we let the kids explore for about 15 minutes we head back to our cars and set up chairs and shade and let the kids play as we waited for a train!

About 15 minutes after we laid our pennies we heard the train horns and whistle! The kids raced to the cattle guard and we anxiously waited for the train!

The kids got the train to blow it's whistle and they counted all the train cars! Let's just say a lot!

After everyone found their pennies which is pretty difficult we headed back to the cars and sat and visited and let the kids run wild!

After about 3 hours hanging out and waiting for train 2 kids were ready for lunch! So we started to pack up and just then a jet flew right over us and about 100 feet above our heads! It was so loud but so awesome! They kids thought that was pretty sweet!
