Reservoir

We did a lot of fun side activities while all the company was in town!

This day we headed up to the Enterprise Reservoir and just played!

First we hiked through the cave/tunnel just after you turn on the road that leads to the reservoir! Their were a ton of spiders on the walls and a dead bat towards one of the openings! The kids were screaming loudly!

Kennedy made it to the bottom first and the rest making their way down!

Next we headed to the upper reservoir!

It was really low at both the upper and lower reservoirs! It is such a bummer to know we didn't get much rain when we desperately need it!

Brett and Kim's family came, Beth and her kids, Grandma Jones and my kids and I!

Their were quite a few fires around where we were so we saw many helicopters flying overhead, in fact they had a camp set up right between both reservoirs!

After we played for a while at the upper reservoir we headed to the lower and walked the dam!

We had to make sure everyone had a hand! One side is a very steep drop into rocks and cement and the other side has gross reservoir water!

Made it all the way across! Time to head back over!

I love random outings like this! Happy I got to spend it with family!
