So I get to brag about my family! I am so proud of the accomplishments each achieved and I know it wasn't a simple task! I am especially proud of my husband and the good man that he is! It's been a long road and not always an easy one but it has definitely made us stronger and we are happy we were able to travel it together!
To start off how we got to this point it started back in 2003 when McKay went to Southern Virginia to start college... he completed a semester before he went to serve his 2 year mission in Brazil... he served from Feb. 2004 to Feb. 2006! When he got home he started working at USBank and then started Dixie State College in August of 2006 working on his Bachelors in Business Administration! In Dec.of 2008 he decided he didn't like Business and wanted to do something else! We talked him into finishing his degree since he was only a year away from finishing! So he finally finished in Dec. of 2009 graduating with a Bachelors in Business Administration and continued the spring semester getting pre req's done to start the Athletic Training Program at SUU in the Fall of 2010! Where he completed a 2 year program... of driving back and forth from Enterprise to cedar 5 to 7 days a week and being gone from 7 in the morning to 8 at night and sometimes 11... which leads us to this...
McKay got awarded The Outstanding Athletic Training Student Award!
He put in the most logged hours out of all the trainers by a long shot and he lived 45 min. away and had a family! So he went the extra mile, put in a ton of work and it sure paid off! What an accomplishment!
Saturday May 5th, 2012 he walked with his class!!!
Here McKay is up on the stage! He got to sit up there during the ceremony because of receiving Outstanding Student! He is right behind the pulpit!

The Athletic Trainer Graduates! we got to know this group really well! They were McKay's second family... some weeks I think he spent more time with them then at home! So Thanks to all them for being so awesome and fun!!!

Teddi has had all 7 kids graduate from college! Some have got Masters and out of 7 kids 5 have graduated from SUU plus Teddi has and 3 have graduated from Dixie!
Proud Mom!
Very happy, proud and excited wife! GO BABE!!!
McKay has worked hard, never quit, stuck through it even when he was hating it! Got good grades, stayed long hours, helped anywhere they needed him and was a good friend to those around him! He was an example and let's just say he is a very good man!!!
Party!!!
At the moment Scott and McKay are still looking for jobs! They have applied everywhere and interviewed! Sam got a job at San Juan High School as the business teacher and is excited for this new step! Scott might be going back to school that is the plan so far unless something changes and McKay has a Certified test he is studying hard for that we take at the beginning of June that we cross our fingers he will pass so he will be a licensed Trainer! Good Luck!!!
