4th of July

Still no baby! We started our 4th of July out with the races at the city park! It was hot but a bit of cloud cover so that helped!

Miles was up first, he wasn't quite sure what to do and a little nervous!

They said GO and he kinda started and then turned and went back to McKay and then McKay finally talked him into going!

He ended up doing so good and was so happy for his treat at the end!

Camille's turn!

She was so dang close to taking 1st just a half a step behind is all!

She took first and then raced the boy that took first in her age group!

She beat him as well! She is speedy!

Then Carter!

After the races we headed to Grandma's to play games and swim!

After swimming we made patriotic drinks! The kids thought that was pretty awesome!

Then we had some delicious BBQ and then it was time for ice cream bars!

After cornhole it was time to head to fireworks!

They were pretty spectacular!

Such a great day! I felt we were able to just enjoy it and each other! So low key and I really love those days!

 

Baby Jones #7

 It's baby month! This sweet baby boy is due July 11th! I have been more than happy to keep him in there since we moved in the first of July and I have plenty to organize, and a bunch of boxes to go through! I have been feeling good and all my appointments he looks great!

Here I am at 36 weeks 3 days

38 weeks 5 days

39 weeks

39 weeks 5 days in the hospital getting checked in!

This pregnancy hasn't been to bad! I have been swelling more often, typical back aches, I love to be able to lay down at night and stretch! The kids all love laying on my big belly! No names yet! Well his middle name will be Allen after his Grandpa Jones!

Jones House - June

We finally got the cement blocks for our retaining wall on the east side of our house! Thankful for Lance and randy for always helping us out when we need it!

We started loading a bunch of boxes to the garage that had been sitting in the basement of Randy and Teddi's house! The kids were awesome helpers!

We finally got the walkway to the front door poured!

The sidewalk in front of the garage poured!

Got things vacuumed up and started cleaning everything!

Finally got all the appliances in and hooked up!

Still need to finish up the master bath area!

Shower is all done!

Closest is cleaned and ready!

Finally finished the stairs off the deck and got the railing installed!

Almost ready to move in!

We moved everything over but the beds! First of the next month we are hoping too!

Miles Duane - June

This kid is finally starting to get easier! He was such a rough baby, sure love him but he was hard! He is starting to appreciate sleep more! We finally found a comfort for him, his blanket with fuzzies! We have tried blankets before but this one must have been different to him! He loves food! He loves being outside, helping Mom and Dad, working at the house and going for rides!

Fell asleep eating! Poor buddy!

He gives quite the glares and scowls!

He loves riding on the tractor with Grandpa or the gator!

Just hanging out in the shade with his crackers and drink!

Just sportin' his awesome hat and glasses!

Walked outside and he was trying to figure out what was hitting his head!

Then he realized it was raining!

Camille Elizabeth - June

McKay was putting her bed together in the new house and I guess she just wanted to imagine what it would be like to be sleeping there so she climbed in the middle and laid there until McKay finished!

Owen and Camille were downstairs playing, when she came up with a little smirk on her face and her hair cut, like a lot!

I guess she told Owen she wanted a boy haircut, gave him scissors and he cut away!

They both thought they were pretty clever and funny!

We then had a huge talk! I wasn't mad, hair grows back, but a little sad her wavy long hair was gone!

Then we had to call Aunt Emilee and bribe her to fix this mess! 

She did amazing! There were some really rough spots to work with but with the damage that was done it actually turned out pretty dang cute!

This girl is a huge tomboy! We are lucky when we get girl colors on her! She still loves her fingers and ears! She loves to play, especially with her cousins! She loves sleep, snuggles and her little brother and very excited for the new baby!
