We took advantage of McKay and my day off and enjoyed some of the simple beauties around us! The Enterprise Reservoir!

After we played awhile on the upper we headed down to the lower so McKay could take Carter all the way across the dam! We told my Mom afterwards so she didn't freak out before hand and worry the whole time we were gone! She hates when anyone goes back and forth over the dam!

It's days like these that make me think I must be doing something right with my kids!

We had drove past the cemetery a few times this day and Carter kept saying he anted to go see sister! So I thought with it being Valentine's week we should go to the store and buy flowers and decorate her grave for Valentine's day even though I knew they would freeze... but it was the thought that counted! So we went to store Carter picked out the flowers and what better flowers to pick then beautiful multi-colored ones to welcome in spring!

Baylee was happy she just really hated the grass!

We love our visits! I am so happy Carter knows why we come here and that he wants to come here! Pure happiness for a mother!

Valentine's Day/Adam's Birthday

Valentine's day morning we hurry and got ready because Mom and Dad still had to go to work! After everyone was showered and dressed the kids got to open their presents from Mom and Dad!

Baylee was more interested in watching Carter!

Baylee got a book and a stuffed animal and Carter got 2 cars a treat and a monkey who sings! I am not a fan of stuffed animals usually but Baylee went shopping with me and she wouldn't let go of her bear the whole time we were in the store! She just held it and everytime I tried to take it away she screamed! Carter's monkey sings a song off of  his favorite movie and I thought he would find that pretty funny and he did!

Adam's birthday is on Valentine's day but we celebrated a couple days afterwards because it is the only time we had a chance to meet up!

He turned the BIG 30!!!

It's funny because Adam, Felicia and McKay were all born the same year so we have 3 very big birthdays this year! Happy Birthday Adam! We Love You!

~Baylee @ 9 Months~

This month Baylee started crawling... well I am not sure you can really call it a crawl and yes it took her till almost 8 1/2 months to figure out some sort of transportation! She does a wounded leg, scoot/hop! It is so funny and so cute! Her hair still sticks straight up and she is growing like a weed! She still sleeps thru the night! Takes 2 good naps a day and sometimes throws in some short cat naps! You love to eat snacks and anything Mom and Dad are eating! You love those puffs and Ritz crackers! You love to feed yourself! You love to say Ma Ma and you still talk lots and do your deep growl! You raise both your hands above your head and then throw them down as you bow your head and grunt! You are finally liking your jumper! You climb up on everything! You love to play with the toys in Carter's room! You love the bath but you hate getting lotioned and dressed! You hate when Mom puts you down and walks away! You love anything you can get your hands on and this month you especially like your light up monkey book! We are trying to get you to say Da Da but you won't! You try to crawl fast but end up falling on your face and Dad is also trying to get you to crawl the right way but you get all mad and frustrated with him!
