...Baylee's Blessing Day...

We were able to bless this sweet girl on July 7th!

It was such an awesome day and she did great during the blessing! McKay gave an amazing blessing that had me in tears! I am so thankful that McKay is worthy to hold the Priesthood and is able to bless our family with those blessings! I was really hoping to make her blessings dress but with all the hospital business and our crazy first month home it didn't happen! We did find one and she looked beautiful!

After we headed over to the clinic pavilion with our awesome family friends and many people that love our sweet girl and had some delicious food! We had BBQ brisket with salads and yummy desserts!

.:4th of July:.

So we didn't have much planned for the 4th but the little we did we sure had lots of fun!

This year it was just Colin's kids and our kids at the races! There were really not many families at all this year! So the races went by fast and it wasn't crowded and we really liked that!

Next was Carter! He was so super excited to race we had talked it up all week that this kid was ready! He is one of the younger ones in his age group so we thought he would be one of the last plus in years past he has hated the races! But this year he ran awesome coming in second and only behind by a nose! So a super close one... I think he would have got first if he would just have ran but he had to look at everyone running with him which slowed him down but he was having fun so it was fun to watch!

That afternoon we just hung around the house and then did our yearly tradition of heading up to Brian Head and eating dinner and watching fireworks!

It started to rain right before the fireworks were supposed to go off! McKay and Carter sat in the back of the car and ate treats until it stopped!

A couple days after the 4th we did fireworks at the house with the Wallin cousins! The kids loved the pop-its and sparklers the best!

We really had fun! We absolutely love going to Brian Head and I think it will be a family tradition always!

So we got Baylee's newborn's done a couple weeks after she got released from the hospital! More like her 1 month! :) She wasn't a fan but Nathan actually got more shots than I thought we would have!
