Update!!!

Well my sister keeps asking when I am going to update so here it goes!...

McKay and I are very busy with school and work! We help each other through our homework... and McKay does not have fun classes by any means!

We have been busy remodeling an old old dresser! It is 50 to 60 years old and was handcrafted so well and put together with such precision... the dresser is so heavy and sometimes I wonder if we will ever be able to get it in our little apt.! We sanded the whole thing down primed it and started painting it black to match the rest of our decor and will hopefully be finished with it be the end of this week! It takes a few coats of paint!!!...

McKay also had a softball tournament this weekend and he did awesome but the team lost out... but it is still way fun to go watch him play ball... that is one of my favorite things in the whole world is to watch him play!!!

This last couple of months have been rough and I have to say McKay has been great in being there for me! He really has gone out of his way in helping me cope with things! I have to say I have the best husband ever!!!

Army Crawl

This last friday McKay and I were able to babysit my two nephews!!! They are so cute and so much fun... AJ is always making us laugh :)!!!

Well it was the first time we had seen the kids since around Christmas and New Years... and since then Tallon has started crawling!!! It is the cutest crawl I have ever seen... it is an army crawl... he does not get his arms off the floor or even his legs up for that matter!!! It is so so so cute so here is a little video of it... sorry it is not a very good picture or very stable but AJ was helping me!!! No need for sound either!!!

6 MONTHS

Well as of yesterday McKay and I have been married 6 months... kinda crazy! We got talking about it after we went out to eat at the Olive Garden and we didn't know if it went by fast or slow but we have both loved the 6 months thoroughly!!! In a way it has seemed like we have been married forever and the wedding was so long ago but at the same time it seems like just yesterday because we still are finding out new things about the other and experiencing a lot of "firsts"... such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, birthdays from ours to family! It has really been a Great 6 months! We have done more together this year than we have done for the last couple years!We look forward to each new day and what life all has in store for us! I Love McKay with all my heart, he his my best friend and so happy to have him in my life! We can take on the world and whatever it might throw at us as long as we are together in it all!!!

Super Fun Christmas!!!

So we have had a wild, fun, very busy month of December and we have absolutely loved it! We had Lance and Emilee’s wedding on the 19th, which was great because it is always wonderful to see a couple so in love, get married in the temple for eternity… Congrats! Then on the 22nd we celebrated Kaitlyn’s 1st birthday, even though it is actually the 18th and she had a surprise visit from Santa for her birthday, some kids loved him others not so much!!!

We spent Christmas Eve with McKay’s family at gpa and gma Ence’s house! It was so much fun! We ate lots of good food, watched all the little kids play with each other, opened presents read the Christmas story and just were able to visit with family! That’s always super fun! It was actually snowing in STG that night so it finally started feeling like Christmas!

After the party we drove up to Enterprise and stayed with my family! Woke up at 6:50 to open presents! It was so much fun because we were able to have every member of our family there! It was the best seeing the kids open their presents and get the huge smile on their face! They were so cute! After all the presents were opened at the Wallin’s we headed over to the Jones’ to catch the rest of their present opening! Then McKay went and played basketball with the brothers and had a ton of fun!

We then went back and forth all day! It is such a blessing to have family so close that we can spend these great occasions with both of them!!!

I gave McKay an Xbox this year and he gave me guitar Hero! We already knew what we were getting because we did Black Friday, but that’s alright it was still lots of fun!!! Both set of parents spoiled us this year! Thank You! Wallin’s gave us a Dell computer and a 3 in 1 printer!
Awesome… and the Jones’ gave me the Willow Tree Nativity set… I was so excited and couldn’t wait to show my mom and ya she was super jealous… and they gave McKay a round of golf with the brothers… it loved that… it couldn’t quit talking about it!!! So thanks moms and dads!!!

The best part about this Christmas was being together... it was our first Christmas together as a couple and it was amazing! So happy to have him as a husband he is absolutely GREAT! He made Christmas this year just the best!!!
